She's playing a game with you. She's trying to make you want her by saying she has a tattoo on her *** and she's trying to make you jealous by saying that she has a boyfriend and that she did it with a guy . She might like you though. If you like her ask her out and if she rejects you than forget about her coz she would be just wasting your time.That smile that she gave you must have been a hint that she likes you and she want to talk to you or that she is enjoying the game that she is playing, but i have a feeling that she likes you.
