ive got it down to a science. they get up. let them crawl in bed with you. you with one eye opened find the remote. turn on something that resembles cartoons and then roll back over and go to sleep. the kid is right next to you so they are safe and you can sleep. once they get older, they can even make their own breakfast and bring it into bed with you. then you can sleep until lunch time!
